Cameron is a third year PhD student who joined the Parsons group in September 2020. His reasearch interests are high pressure crystallography and molecular modelling with the aim of illuminating the role of entropy within weakly bound, small molecule crystal structures. Sponsored jointly by the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre much of Cameron’s research is focused around the design and implementation of novel programes written through the CSD API for use by the wider crystallographic community.
