CSEC Facilities
The Centre for Science at Extreme Conditions (
CSEC) was set
up in 2002 as a means to bring together the expertise from the various scientific disciplines already
within the University of Edinburgh. Various different activities are undertaken at CSEC, but of
most interest to us are the facilities enabling us to study small molecule single crystals under
pressure. We have the use of several instruments under the CSEC grant, please click on the forward
arrow below for a brief look at them and their capabilities.
